About Elevate
A modern, transparent approach to property management
Elevate Property Services was set up to do property management differently, with direct communication, clear reporting, and boards who always know where things stand.
We work with owners' management companies and commercial developments across Wicklow, Dublin and Leinster, handling the operational and financial detail so boards and owners don't have to.
Between the team, there's over 30 years' experience managing both residential and commercial estates. We also have several mixed-use developments in our portfolio.
We're based in Greystones, just off the N11 and close to the M50 — putting us within easy reach of developments across the region.
